There’s no better way to start off the New Year than being awarded a Great Place to Work certification! On January 30, 2023, Great Places to Work recognized Milestone Technologies (Ireland) as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces 2023.
What Makes a Workplace a Great Place to Work?
To make the Great Places to Work list, all employees of a business need to have a consistent and positive experience. Employees from the assistants up to officers need to experience trust, respect, and fairness from their leaders. The leaders in turn, need to have true, authentic connections with employees. However, just as valuable as connections is the personal sense of pride in a job well done, and a motivation to always do your best no matter how challenging.
