    Milestone Technologies Inc. is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within its business and supply chain and imposes the same high standards on its suppliers.
  2. Structure of the organization
    Milestone Technologies Inc. is a global IT-managed services business. It specializes in providing Managed IT Service Solutions, Project-based services, and Workforce Solutions.     We work with a range of clients including some of the largest and fastest-growing companies in Tech, Media, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Automotive, and Retail.
  3. Policies
    As part of our commitment to combating modern slavery, we have implemented an Ethical Standard policy which is available on our company intranet.
    We also make sure our suppliers are aware of our policies and adhere to the same high standards.
  4. Due diligence
    As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within our supply chains, we have adopted the following due diligence procedures. Our procedures are designed to:

    1. establish and assess areas of potential risk in our business and supply chains.
    2. monitor potential risk areas in our business and supply chains.
    3. reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chains.
    4. provide adequate protection for whistle-blowers.
  5. Risk and compliance
    Milestone Technologies Inc. regularly evaluates the nature and extent of its exposure to the risk of modern slavery occurring in its supply chain.
    We do not consider that we operate in high-risk sectors or locations because our Managed IT services are Automation enabled and include Digital Workplace Services, Infrastructure and Application services and ServiceNow Consulting Services.
    We ensure all our suppliers adhere to our anti-slavery policy. We enforce a strict code of compliance and do not tolerate slavery and human trafficking within our supply chains.
  6. Effectiveness and KPIs
    Milestone Technologies Inc. has standard practices and audit processes in place to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains.
  7. Training
    We invest in educating our staff to recognize the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. Through our training programs, employees are encouraged to identify and report any potential breaches of our anti-slavery and human trafficking policy. Employees are taught the benefits of stringent measures to tackle slavery and human trafficking, as well as the consequences of failing to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from our business and supply chains.
