The Covestic acquisition opened the doors for Milestone to enter the ServiceNow ecosystem and attain a ServiceNow Elite partner status. The initiative extended our company’s footprint to the US Pacific Northwest and bolstered its IT Managed Services portfolio. With SMCI, we were able to accelerate Digital and IT Transformation for our clients, enabling them to tap into a broader, scalable talent pool. The move also extended our footprint to the US Southwest and Southeast regions.
In January 2021,Milestone Technologies announced today the acquisition of Covestic, LLC. a ServiceNow Elite Partner and IT Managed Services firm, based in Kirkland, WA, USA. The acquisition extends Milestone’s footprint to the US Pacific Northwest and bolsters their IT Managed Services portfolio.
