Executives Bring Proven Success Driving Billions in IT Services Revenue

Additionally, Milestone announced Edward Reginelli as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and appointed Doug Tracy to a newly formed position as Executive Vice President of Global Technology Operations. Eng, Reginelli, and Tracy have a successful track record of driving billions of dollars in revenue growth across global enterprises.

Nelson Eng brings 30 years of executive experience in the IT industry to Milestone. Eng has operated and grown global businesses with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion. Most recently, Eng served as Chief Strategy and Chief Development Officer for Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology, a $25B global IT services provider). Eng has held a variety of global senior executive roles at large companies such as Dell, Siebel, and Oracle as well as mid-cap companies Misys plc and eFunds Corporation (acquired by Fidelity). His distinguished career began at IBM, where Eng held several leadership positions over the course of 15 years. He graduated with Honors from NYU, finishing in the top ten percent of his class at the university’s esteemed Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
Doug Tracy joins Milestone with 30 years of experience in the IT field. Tracy recently served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology) where he led a dramatic transformation of internal IT functions that focused on driving business development and supporting global operating models. Tracy has also held CIO and CTO positions at Dana Corporation and Rolls-Royce. At Milestone, Tracy is chartered with building strategic automation capabilities to augment the company’s leading IT services portfolio. Tracy served as an Officer in the United States Air Force and holds an MS in Software Development and Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, an MBA with Honors from Duke University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering with Distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy.
Prior to joining Milestone Technologies, Edward Reginelli was the CFO for RhythmOne, a publicly-traded company focused on online advertising. Reginelli has 20 years of experience managing all financial functions across various industries, both public and private. Before holding executive positions in the technology services, manufacturing, and new media sectors, Reginelli began his career at Nestle USA. In addition to his degree in Business Administration and Accounting from John Carroll University, Reginelli is also a registered Certified Public Accountant.
