    Milestone opens a facility in Phoenix, AZ to support its new shared service offering.

  • 2017


    Milestone announces partnership with IT automation company, IPsoft.

    Milestone appoints Nelson Eng as President and CEO and Doug Tracy as COO. Prem Chand continues to serve on the Board of Directors.

    Milestone partners with H.I.G. Capital, Milestone’s first investor in our 18-year history.

  • 2013


    In less than 30 days, Milestone builds a second contact center in Chico, CA, bringing 400 new jobs to the city.

    Innovate North State recognizes Milestone at their 29th Annual Innovation Awards dinner with the Innovation Award for Executive of the Year and Innovation Award for Business Expansion of the Year.

    Prem Chand, President and CEO, wins the 2012 “Entrepreneur of the Year” award from the North State Innovation Committee.

  • 2010


    Milestone acquires the award-winning company Invisible IT and becomes the first Apple authorized Systems Integrator in the United States.

  • 2009


    The National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and its affiliate, the Northern California Supplier Development Council, grant Milestone the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification.

    Milestone sustains sales despite economic downturn.

    Over 700 employees happily fulfill growing numbers of multi-year Managed Service contracts at Milestone, which prompts us to expand our corporate office in Fremont, CA.

    Milestone expands its global operations support to Australia, Israel, and South Africa.

    Inc. Magazine includes Milestone on their list of the 5000 fastest growing private companies in America after we achieve a 68.2% growth rate.

    Milestone Integration Services Limited is founded in Dublin, Ireland and becomes our European hub for fostering growth in the EMEA markets.

    As Milestone continues to grow and expand into Managed Services, it is named in the Silicon Valley Business Journal's 2005 list of “Fast 50” growing companies.

  • 2004


    Despite the economic downturn, revenue growth continues with existing and new clients. Milestone begins to plan our expansion into EMEA markets.

    Upon acquiring Operating Systems LLC, an IT services firm in San Jose, CA, Milestone becomes the largest provider of desktop and server relocation services in Northern California.

    Milestone grows quickly at the astonishing rate of 927%, and our growth is recognized by “Fast Growth Awards” from the San Francisco Business Journal, the Silicon Valley Business Journal, and the East Bay Times.

  • 1997


    Prem Chand, President and CEO, founds Milestone Technologies, Inc. in Fremont, CA. The two-person company is profitable by the end of its first year in business.
